Farrah, E-RYT200, Aerial YT
Farrah started practicing yoga in a season of intense grief when she needed something to do with her body and to find a little quiet in her soul.
Farrah became a teacher to help others make their own yoga mats a place of healing and wholeness through movement and stillness. Her favorite part of teaching is when she able to help someone who thinks they are unable to do a certain trick or inversion or posture in aerial. She loves to see the sense of accomplishment that comes from doing something they thought was out of their reach.
Farrah wear flips-flips ten months out of the year unless there is snow on the ground. Also, if given the option, she would love to spend her days as a beach bum who travels around the south tailgating at SEC college football games. Go Gators!
Join Farrah on her mat on Saturday mornings for Aerial 2 and on rotation on Wednesday nights for Restorative Yoga. She also teaches our kids aerial classes!
