Gina, RYT200
Gina discovered yoga in college as a way to cope with anxiety and stress. She came back to it after she graduated and quickly found it to be a grounding force in her life. Yoga has helped her tune into the mind-body connection and deepen my relationship with mindfulness. Teaching felt like a way that she could share this with others who may need more mindfulness in their lives too.
Her favorite part of teaching is building community and holding space where people feel safe, seen, and supported. She loves creating an environment where students can show up exactly as they are and feel a genuine sense of connection—both to themselves and those around them.
Fun fact - Gina is huge Harry Potter fan— she loves the magic, the wonder, and the way it sparks a childlike sense of curiosity and imagination. It reminds her to bring a little playfulness into everything she does, on and off the mat.
Join Gina on her mat on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings for Flow.
