Lisa began her yoga practice in 2004, to help balance her busy life as a mother of five. Lisa’s emphasis is on aligning the body, breath and mind and creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting students of all abilities, whether novice or experienced.
Lisa quickly found herself connecting with the pregnant yogis in her classes and felt a desire to explore the specific needs of the pregnant mind, body, spirit, and babies. She decided to continue her training and complete an advanced prenatal yoga teacher training. Lisa offers a safe space for pregnant students to calm the nervous system and build and restore a solid connection between mind, body, and baby.
