Emily has practiced yoga on and off almost her whole life as she grew up a competitive figure skater. However, it wasn’t until after college when she started moving deeper into the philosophy of yoga that she became dedicated to the lifestyle. While the asanas drew her in, the philosophy behind them moved her deeper into her practice. she felt a calling to share her passion and the magic of yoga with others. She believes every body is made for yoga and she tries her best to make it as accessible as possible. 

Her favorite part about teaching is feeling everyone’s energy shift from the beginning to the end of each class. It feels so good to guide people to feel more calm and balanced. We all move through life a little happier and more connected after each session

In addition to being a yoga teacher, Emily is a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.
