Yoga has been a part of Katy’s life off and on for 30 years. She is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with the world both as a teacher and a student. Katy believes yoga is the bridge that connects everything together in her life in a purposeful way. She loves helping her students feel empowered and challenged while allowing space for laughing and playing at the same time. She strives to help others find the amazing benefits that walking the path of yoga brings.
Katy is also a practitioner of Thai Massage. This type of body work is a traditional therapy combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.
