As both a pilates and yoga teacher, Christy is passionate about studying the human body and integrating the powerful work of mindful practices to live with purpose, passion, and whole health.
Christy’s journey with yoga was for her own health and well-being. It changed her life - sending her on a trajectory of mindfulness and self-power that helped her navigate her path of life. Her heart wanted to teach others on their journey.
She loves spending time in nature and uses it to fill her soul and help her navigate the challenges of daily life.
