Caroline, CYT200
Caroline is endlessly curious about the wisdom of yoga, meditation, and breathwork. After a 10 year journey of her own practice, she decided she was ready to learn more. She completed her 200 Hour certification with Prairie Yoga Institute and started immediately teaching.
Her goal is to create classes that physically and mentally connect us to the present moment. She enjoys a good playlist, playful + balanced sequences, and exploring ways to enhance equanimity, joy, + self confidence on the mat.
Not only is Caroline a yoga teacher but she also went to culinary school!
