Meet your lead instructors…

Jessica Spillane

Jessica is a 20-year studio owner, curriculum designer and ‘abnormally obsessed’ pilates teacher. She is the developer of the comprehensive and progressive pilates teacher training program.

It’s her mission to make Pilates Teacher Training accessible and achievable to more people while making it rewarding for the Studio Owners gracious enough to host it.

Sarah de Guia

Sarah has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Her passion for health and fitness started with group exercise, and later lead her to become a certified Pilates Instructor in 2004. She is the owner of Embody Movement Pilates - our host partner for this training program.
